Yes if Only next an appointment is booked for that consultation service. If No appointment is booked, you will be charged the consultation fee at the end of your consultation. 

You must book a consultation "First" if you desire the following services: Custom Color, Tape-In Extensions, Starter Locs, Loc Repair, Loc Reconstruction, Micro-Twist Locs, Micro-Twist Extension Locs, Permanent Loc Extensions and Wicks.
